Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide a minimum of two (2) FTEs to perform ADA data collection of sidewalk corridors and feature data collection. Sidewalk corridor data shall include objective stroll and feature data that is related to the access and safety of all pedestrian user groups. Objective data shall be recorded and reported to allow comparison with requirements for slopes, grades, and dimensional information for the verification of ADA accessibility of all sidewalk corridors and features. Attributes to be recorded shall include cross slopes, minimum clearance widths, vertical and horizontal discontinuities, missing features, curb ramps, pedestrian pushbuttons, and driveways. All data shall be recorded with the ability to be put into Geographic Information System (GIS)shapefiles and/or entered directly into a DepartmentArcGIS collector application for transmission to DEPARTMENT. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall be able to edit the data collection process and data format to add feature types and attributes occurring in the public right-of-way as requested by the DEPARTMENT. The SERVICE PROVIDERshall provide an analysis of the data to assist the DEPARTMENTwith determining the compliance or non-compliance of each feature that is assessed. The SERVICE PROVIDERshall be able to assist with the analysis of the data to prioritize the improvement of sidewalk corridors and features within the DEPARTMENTinfrastructure.The SERVICE PROVIDERshall provide input for the update of the DEPARTMENTADA Transition Plan regarding public rights-of-way. Input shall also be provided regarding DEPARTMENTactions for achieving ADA compliance in the public rights-of-way.The SERVICE PROVIDERshall provide the technology needed for the data collection, analysis and transmission of all sidewalk corridor line data and feature point data to the DEPARTMENT. The SERVICE PROVIDERshall outline all equipment to be used and how the assessment hardware, software and the related calibration procedures will be used to accomplish the sidewalk assessments. Travel will be required to various DEPARTMENTlocations throughout Nevada with multiple overnight trips.
