The scope includes all purchase of handsets utilizing Bryan ISD Education based discount where contractor purchase price exceeds available education discounts. Contractor shall coordinate with distributors for all available discounts utilizing Bryan ISD purchasing avenues. ; E. Contractor shall include all handset installation, network equipment at each IDF/MDF, interconnection patching between network switches and new CISCO equipment, and configuration with CISCO software as described in specification per handset. Include all configuration time in base bid. All licenses and capabilities described in specifications or industry standard capabilities for similar systems shall be included in overall base bid cost.
