Specifications include, but are not limited to: Reducing University Loop West to 2 lanes and installing a multiuse trail on the north side of the road between University Loop Circle and University Loop East. The multiuse trail will then be off-road along University Loop East from University Loop West to Aggie Road. The trail will remain off-road along Aggie Road from University Loop East to Pawnee Street. The project will be constructed on property currently owned by Arkansas State University – Jonesboro and is 1.027 miles in length. The improvements consist primarily of grading, crushed stone base course, ACHM paving, cold milling, curb & gutter, wheel chair ramps, pavement markings and other miscellaneous items.
