Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals are requested from companies capable of providing comprehensive commercial real estate services. The District is requesting these services due to the possibility of buying, leasing or selling both improved and unimproved property. These services would include but not be limited to the following: 1. Meet with District staff to determine the District’s land/facility needs; 2. Locate available property to meet the needs of the district; 3. List and Sale available district surplus property as directed; 4. Represent the District in property lease/purchase negotiations; 5. Prepare all real estate documents from initial paperwork through closing; 8. As directed, attend LRSD Board and community meetings that are relative to the acquisition/disposition of LRSD property; 7. Make recommendations to the District concerning the most cost effective method(s) of obtaining property. 8. Provide the District with information concerning Little Rock population growth trends in particular west Little Rock school aged students plus possible annexation of property by the City of Little Rock.
