Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Building 501 and 502: a. Replace Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Air Handling and Condenser Units for each building. b. Repair existing Canopy and provide new walkway canopy, ADD Light-emitting diode (LED) lighting, and Relocate/Reinstall electrical conduit as needed for each building. c. Repair existing roof and rain gutters as shown on Drawings for each building d. Install access ladders with locks at each building. 2. Building 503: a. Repair existing Canopy, ADD LED Lighting and Relocate/Reinstall electrical conduit as needed. 3. Building 504: a. Replace existing transformer. Reuse existing concrete pad, if possible. 4. Building 510: a. Remove all existing roofing material down to existing metal deck and install new two (2)-ply SBS Modified Bitumen Roof membrane to meet current code requirements of R-25 insulation value. 5. Building 515: a. Replace two roof top HVAC package units. b. Replace existing One Thousand Two Hundred (1200) gallon grease trap tank. c. Remove existing tree and reroute downspout drain as shown.
