Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Irving ISD seeks to establish qualified vendors to provide the District with full service LED Parking Lot Lighting and related services on an "as needed" basis. LED Parking Lot Lighting may consist of repairs, service upgrades and new installations. The Scope of Work also includes the ability to provide warranty information on brands quoted as specified herein and working cooperatively with Irving ISD's Maintenance Energy Manager to qualify for rebates and/or incentives with the utility company. Quantity noted is an estimate and Irving ISD does not guarantee purchase of any quantity. See LINE ITEM tab for specifications. The immediate project is listed under SPECIFICATIONS (Attribute #48) with additional projects projected in the 2021-2022 school year. This proposal is issued based on the Texas Education Code 44.031.
