Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Administration, State Procurement Bureau, is considering a request from the Montana State Library (MSL) to award a Sole Source contract to the Montana Cooperative Development Center (MCDC) to provide consulting services to Montana libraries and GIS offices in order to inform them about available American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding and to coordinate applications for funding. The State Procurement Bureau will accept written comments from potential vendors who believe they have the ability to provide these services. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Vendors interested in providing these services to the State of Montana are invited to provide a detailed description of their company, experiences, and available services. Written comments must be received by June 2, 2021, at 2:00 pm MDT. Responses to this notice must be uploaded to the eMACS system. Questions shall be submitted via the Q&A Board in eMACS.
