Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) seeks a highly skilled contractor to replace the dehumidifying system, water source heat pumps, and air filtration equipment at the GLO headquarters in the archival department in Austin, Texas (the “Project”). The existing equipment has protected the historical and archival records of the agency since approximately 2003 and must be replaced. The GLO requires new equipment to continue to protect and safeguard the documents and maps of which the agency is the custodian. The maps range in date from 1561 to present day and the documents from 1721 to present day. These priceless documents and maps must be stored within precise temperature and humidity standards.
