Specifications include, but are not limited to: The requested services shall be performed by an Idaho State licensed engineer, licensed landscape architect or surveyor and shall perform and/or address, but not necessarily be limited to, the following informational requirements: The task includes obtaining a survey of the following information: 1) A site inventory of all existing public utilities 2) Site easements 3) Access limitations/Requirements 4) Parking constraints 5) Vehicle excel and decel lane 6) Constraints regarding the natural gas sub station 7) Natural features analysis including but not limited to the following: a. Floodway and floodplain delineation and restrictions b. Wetlands delineation c. Existing native and invasive species d. Habitat
