Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Harris County Department of Education is looking to obtain proposals from service providers qualified to provide contracted services in the areas of adult education vocational training programs and workforce development training program leading to an in-demand, State or industry-recognized certification. Vendor will prepare and deliver instruction and arrange all necessary required externships if applicable to students participating in HCDE’s Adult Ed Program for Career Pathways and Integrated Education and Training ELCivics programs, which pairs a basic skills Adult Education and literacy instructor and a vocational instructor in the classroom to provide maximum support to those participants.
