In addition, departments may look to potentially use digital signage as a feed on the portalfor events on campuses and to tie into a live feed or live streaming. In particular, the UMS is looking for the following features:●Hosted Cloud (strongly preferred)●Product is scalable●Multi-screen support●Update hardware device remotely●WIFI support●Touch-screen display support●Multi-user support●Role-based permission support●Multiple users update,schedule & edit content●Support for image slideshows●Customizable template support●1080p or above display support●Support screen division The UMS would prefer a cloud-based solution that would be adopted through an attrition process to give the campusesand departments the ability to plan for replacement.
