Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Demolition of existing wood framed retaining walls as shown on Sheet 1 of Exhibit C in this package. • Grading as required to prepare for placement of new Geowall Max or equal concrete retaining walls blocks as shown on Sheet 2 of Exhibit C. • Installation/Placement of new Geowall Max or equal concrete retaining walls blocks as shown on Sheet 2 of Exhibit C with detailing conformance as shown on Sheets 2 and 3 of Exhibit C. • Verification of drainage discharge on site by Washoe County and TRPA as required. • Backfill and completion of installation as shown above. • Contractor to coordinate Special Inspection for wall placement with Project Manager. • Contractor to coordinate all other inspections with TRPA, Washoe County and other jurisdictions as required. • Placement of Rip-rap as detailed in the Exhibit C. • Revegetation of all disturbed areas in compliance with TRPA and Nevada Division of State Lands requirements – See Exhibits E & F. • Closeout of all installed conditions to satisfaction of Washoe County, TRPA, and NDSL.
