Specifications include, but are not limited to: MovinCool CM25 Ceiling Mounted 25,000 Btu/h with a min 14 SEER efficiency, or approved equal. 1. Provide (2) units installed and connected for a complete and working system installation. Include power, condensate connection to a proper drain or exterior location; and connection of 12” dia flex ductwork to (2) 12x12 grilles and (1) 12 x 12 return register for each unit. Include 40’ of 12” dia flex duct with bid, including all clamps, screws and struts. 2. Each unit shall have a ducted exhaust to nearest exterior location, verified by Facility personnel prior to execution. Provide a watertight seal and appropriate covering for material and location included in reponse. 3. Verify new size will properly locate in existing location prior to order. Securely mount per manufacturer’s recommendations. 4. Price to include all temporary measures or materials needed by Facility for ongoing operations while units are being installed. Replace ceiling materials removed for required work, provide tight fit on all visible joints, connections and systems.
