Specifications include, but are not limited to: TDA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide graphic design services, on a job order basis for the Food and Nutrition Division (F&N). This RFP provides an outline of the project and service specifications and requires that all respondents provide information about their organization’s viability, experience, and capability to successfully perform and to provide the requested services according to the following specifications, deliverables, and other requirements. 5.2 SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS A. Contractor Qualifications: a. Teamwork and Guidelines–The Contractor must be able to work with TDA personnel and follow specific brand guidelines to create a conceptual design approved by TDA. Produce high quality educational outreach project materials, to include but not limited to: Newsletters Logos Conference programs Buttons (static and animated) Event signage Billboards Pull-up signage Promotional items (stickers, buttons, Postcards) Digital media ads and components (static and animated) Die cut artwork Brochures (bi-fold and trifold) Website banner Posters Email masthead Handouts (front/back one pagers) Floor decals PowerPoint presentation templates One-pager templates Video Design Services Video Production Services Photoshoot Services Pre- and post-production services All art, copy, and photography, and all materials developed and or commissioned as part of this contract will become the property of TDA.
