Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contract services being sought by the University of Maine would support the following scope of work on an ongoing basis: 1.) Component Design (e.g., solid and / or surface modeling) 2.) Composite Design (e.g., laminate and / or fiber preform) 3.) Mold and /or fixture/tool design 4.) Analysis (e.g., finite element analysis) 5.) Materials Selection 6.) Process Development 7.) Test method selection/development, test plan/procedure development, test equipment design and fabrication support, test execution, oversight and/or support. Testing may encompass coupons (i.e. material characterization), sub element, and /or full scale articles in representative environments. 8.) Prototype fabrication technical oversight and /or support 9.) Project Management
