Specifications include, but are not limited to: The KAC is a one story, CMU steel framed building with a TPO roof that is approximately 49,000 SFT. The proposed renovation area consists of classrooms/labs that are approx. 19,000 SFT including hallways, interior walls, ceiling grid and flooring, relocating electrical, installing wall, flooring, and ceiling finish out, and data relocation in proposed renovated area. This project will also include demolition of existing HVAC and installation of new HVAC for entire building. TSTC intends to engage the CMR Contractor in pre-construction services in the design review process. Upon completion of the design and/or scope of work the CMR Contractor will prepare a proposal for the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project.
