Specifications include, but are not limited to: The position is focused on federal grant compliance and community outreach and development. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Representation of CDBG and the City of Jacksonville at formal and informal neighborhood events throughout the year so as to continuously support citizen participation and involvement. Interpretation and application of federal regulations affecting the CDBG program. Preparation Annual Action Plans, Amendments, and Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Reports (CAPER). Coordination with fair housing assessment consultants to provide documentation, outreach, schedule public meetings, review results, develop goals and incorporate into plans. Assist the National Fair Housing Alliance with development and distribution of marketing materials. Completion of Environmental Review Records and related agency consultations.
