Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each Day of Service • Clean all common touch areas using EPA listed germicidal cleaners and disinfectants approved for the SARS-COV-2 cleaning procedures • Empty wastebaskets, collect trash and recyclables and remove to designated areas • Vacuum carpet in entryway using a commercial/industrial vacuum cleaner with HEPA filter, remove spots cleaning or shampooing as necessary • Vacuum and maintain all entry mats and runners • Dry mop or sweep all non-carpeted floors in offices, restroom, corridors, and conference room • Damp mop non-carpeted floors in offices and restroom • Damp mop conference room as needed to take care of incidental spills or other messes dry mopping or sweeping won’t take care of
