Specifications include, but are not limited to: Delivery of a series of occupational training programs for youth and adults with disabilities including the following: A. The Contractor must implement a Construction Trades training program that will train up to 8 cohorts of up to 8 individuals as itemized below. Trainings will be held at local sites determined in conjunction with DVR district or regional offices across Vermont. The Contractor will schedule trainings each up to 8 weeks in duration in conjunction with DVR district or regional offices aligned with the specific needs of each site. i. The Contractor must implement a Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning (HVAC) training program that will train up to 4 cohorts of up to 8 individuals each to be held at an identified state training site or local sites determined in conjunction with DVR district or regional offices across Vermont if available. The Contractor will schedule trainings each up to 8 weeks in duration in conjunction with DVR district or regional offices aligned with the specific needs of each site. ii. The Contractor must implement a Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) training program that will train up to 4 cohorts of up to 8 individuals each to be held at local sites determined in conjunction with DVR district or regional offices across Vermont. The Contractor will schedule trainings each up to 8 weeks in duration in conjunction with DVR district or regional offices aligned with the specific needs of each site.
