The CIPP pipe liner shall meet the requirements of ASTM F1216 or ASTM F-1871 for PVC. When installed, the liner will be a seamless, joint-less, solid wall liner that tightly conforms to the interior contours of the original host pipe. The liner shall be continuous from manhole to manhole with no seams or joints. Required service connections shall be reconnected using closed circuit television and remotely controlled cutters. The object is to restore the structural condition of the sewer and to eliminate infiltration from entering the lined section of sewer.
