Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will focus onthe demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new Flight Ops Building and surrounding site work, utilities, parking as per the contract documents issued by UND and retained Architect. The RFP includes a pre-construction service from the selected Construction Manager at Risk(CMaR). This pre-constructionservice will extend from 6.1.2021(tentatively)to 11.1.2021. Then the project will enter into a fund-raising process. Once it is determined that the funds are available the remaining scope of work for the CMaR will begin. This request is to provide an RFP for the Construction Manager at Risk so they can be selected and move this process forward.
