Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services and expectations for investigative services include: Provide investigative services as assigned by the Workers’ Compensation Office. Accept only referrals which have been approved by the Workers’ Compensation Office. Contact the Workers’ Compensation Office within one (1) business day of receipt of referral to confer on a plan of action for the assigned case. Begin assigned investigation within five (5) calendar days unless requested otherwise by the Workers’ Compensation Office. Provide the Workers’ Compensation Office with weekly updates during an assigned investigation via email or telephone, up to closure of the assigned investigation. Submit comprehensive reports in an agreed upon format to the Workers’ Compensation Office no later than one (1) week following closure of the investigation. Provide photographs and videos in the final case report if they have not been submitted previously.
