Specifications include, but are not limited to: We are seeking to hire a consultant and expect them to create a community where academia, business, industry, technology and entrepreneurship intersect to create an interconnected, synergistic innovation ecosystem that challenges the traditional model of education and becomes the national paradigm. This project will establish parameters for growth on the UH at Sugar Land instructional site. The third-party partner will work to design strategies that will frame the future of the site and drive efforts toward securing relationships, resources, and infrastructure. This may include modification of the existing UH land usage plan for UH at Sugar Land. Proposals for this project should include two separate segments both for scope of work and for pricing.
