Specifications include, but are not limited to: DVR is seeking a contractor to provide support services for post-secondary programs on 2 to 5 college campuses across Vermont, with the potential to expand to other VT college sites. The program will serve individuals who are eligible for DVR services between the ages of 16 and 35. Through social, organizational, and academic assistance, this program will assist DVR consumers who may otherwise struggle to be independent and successful in this post-secondary educational environment. There must be a continuum of support available, based on the specific needs of the students. The overall intent is for students to gain support during the first semester or year to successfully matriculate into the present college program or another college/certificate program and have a higher wage job/career.
