Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected contractor will provide IT support services to the NAIW. This includes: General end-user support Administering user access Assisting users with technical issues Administer desktop software Install updates Supporting the Time Matters system Backup and recovery Monitor and ensure backups are properly executed Recover servers and system if they fail Administer servers Install updates Resolve issues Administer SQL Server (database software for the Time Matters System) Monitor and resolve issues Install updates Vendor Qualifications The vendors staff assigned to support the NAIW must have experience with the following: Experience implementing and supporting thin client desktop software like what NAIW is using. Experience setting up and maintaining a Widows Server environment. Experience setting up, operating, and monitoring server backup software. Experience with Time Matters case management software. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server software. Experience working with a law office.
