Specifications include, but are not limited to: o Serve as negotiator for the Towns’ one existing bargaining unit; o Represent the Town at all hearings necessary to complete the negotiations; o Represent the Town at all hearings necessary to administer the contract; o Meet with the Town to advise it of potential, pending, and concluded issues; o Administer any employee contracts throughout the term of this Agreement, including on-site and remote assistance as requested; o Represent the Town before the Maine Labor Relations Board, Human Rights Commission, Unemployment Compensation, and Worker’s Compensation Boards as requested; o Represent the Town at grievance hearings, including arbitration and disciplinary hearings.
