Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Taking temporary possession of items in OUP custody and securely storing them while they await auction.2) Proposing and executing a process by which the items can be auctioned that will offer a strong combination of visibility and value. 3) Executing and overseeing all auctions of items in accordance with parameters established in this RFP. 4) Facilitating delivery of properties to auction winners.5) Addressing all customer service inquiries and issues regarding auctions.6) Keeping accurate records of data, including specifically mandated data points, related to properties and auctions. 7) Remitting proceeds due to the state from the sale of property as established in this RFP
