Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Daily Requirements: a. Vacuum all carpets from wall to wall, including the rugs. Spot clean as needed. b. Sweep and wet mop all tile floors. c. Empty all waste baskets and replace liners as needed. d. Dust counters, and file cabinets (in open areas), plus railings and other furniture. e. Remove cobwebs from all ceilings, doors, and corners, as needed. f. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. g. Clean both sides of double entrance door glass inside and out plus the glass on the doors in hallways. h. Rest rooms – additional items 1. Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and urinals. 2. Clean mirrors. 3. Spot clean all doors, walls and restroom partitions, including light switches. 4. Replenish towels, toilet paper, and soap. 5. Wet mop and disinfect restroom floors.
