Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Engineering design and analysis, including hydraulic and drainage modeling, treatment and detention design, and quantity takeoffs and cost estimating. B.Consulting on code and regulatory compliance, especially VTDEC Rules Chapters 1, 22, and 36, andconformance with other relevant and applicable technical documents published by entities such as ASCE, AWWA, NFPA, ASTM, etc.C.Evaluation of feasibility of proposed capital improvement works. D.Design and development of contract documents for construction and maintenance, and project management and administration of such projects. E.Inspection and monitoring of new and existing construction, andidentification of maintenance needs, non-conformance, corrective actions, etc.
