Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Digital Imaging System, LizQ360 3D Virtual with Arena 4D, or equal.2.Hardware, firmware and software to capture and visualize high resolution, high dynamic range spherical imagesa.Commercial DSLR camera with a wide angle lens, attached to a robotic system capable of capturing individual bracketed images at various positions that can be stitched together to create high dynamic range spherical images, 360° x 360°. Minimum individual image resolution will be 30 megapixels, and minimum spherical images will be 300 megapixels once stitched. Minimum dynamic range equivalent to 14 f-stops to allow captures in high and very low light conditions. Must include chargers, cables and accessories, including a memory card capable of storing 128 GB of data. Must be battery operated, with the supply of at least 2 rechargeable batteries, each capable of charging both the robotic system and the camera for a period of 8 hours or more. Must include aremote device in order to control the system settings, allowing the operator to remove themselves from the images captured when possible. Must be able to operate inverted. Complete capture times must not exceed 10 minutes, even in very low light conditions.b.Resolution of stitched sphericals must be high enough when zooming in to be able to read details such as numbers and writing approximately 3 inches high at a distance as far as 100 feet from the camera capture positionc.A calibrated ascending, descending heavy duty tripod, with the ability to raise the camera system above ground to a height of at least 18 feet, and below ground level to a distance of at least 10 feet. Calibration is required to allow for height displacement photogrammetric measurements. Must include carry case for tripod.d.System must be capable of capturing images in confined spaces, such as a small closet or inside a vehicle interior, using a regular tripod if required. Must be capable of capturing inside a vehicle inverted through asunroof.e.Must be able to capture images below ground level such as inside manholes or underground utility chambers.f.Software to stitch and view the spherical images, and to produce tone mapped JPEG images for use in photogrammetry software. Software mustbe license free with the ability to load it onto as many devices as required. Software must include the ability to perform height displacement photogrammetric measurements.g.Viewing software for multiple computer devices required at no cost. Must be ableto pan throughout the spherical images, zoom in and out, and adjust the contrast to be able to see into shadow/dark areas, and into bright areash.Set-up time must not exceed 5 minutes in order to begin image capture sequence.i.Imaging system must provide individual images in RAW format for archiving.j.Imaging processing/stitching process must be fully automated. k.Camera and lens must be upgradable without the need to purchase a new system as improved camera and lenses become available. 3.Photogrammetry software to create a dense point cloudSystem must include photogrammetry software with perpetual license with at least 3 years of upgrades and supporta.Software must be capable of performing an automatic camera calibration, and image orientation.b.Softwaremust be able to use JPEG images from multiple cameras in one project, such as the tone mapped images using the spherical imaging system, drone images, and other crime scene DSLR images.c.Software must have plugins for use with CAD programs such as Auto Cadand BRICS Cad.d.Software must be able to produce a point cloud in common sharable point cloud formats for use in point cloud software.e.Must include a simple method for scaling the point cloud, and allow for accurate measurements of distances within the photogrammetry software
