Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractorshall perform maintenance on all the buildings HVAC equipment. A copy of equipment listingsmay beobtained by contacting Randy Kaiser 701-328-3014. The equipment listing provided is to be considered as a minimum the equipment to be covered at each location. The Contractorshall confirm the equipment list is accurate upon site inspection and shall be responsiblefor contacting the procurement office for any equipment discrepancies.Any movable, maintainable, or replaceable parts and componentsthat controls, starts, stops, resets, safeguards in any way, isconsidered part of the HVAC system, and shallbe included in this agreement. This agreement will be considered a full coverageall-inclusive maintenance agreement. The Contractorshall perform the service on the equipment per the manufacturer’s specifications. The Contractoris responsible for providing all labor and material for replacing any maintainable parts and components includingbut not limited to humidifiers, VFD’s, radiators, boilers, boiler water treatment systems, pumps, motors, bearings, compressors, gas & electric heaters, burners,solenoids, valves, hoses,dryers, filtering stations, actuators, controllers, sensors, switches, humidistats, relays, thermostats, transmitters, time clocks, etc. as part of the service.The Contractor shall also provide all supplies to include but not limited to, tools,fasteners,oil, grease, belts, paint, filters, boiler water treatment chemicals, coolant, cleaners, shop supplies. etc.
