Specifications include, but are not limited to: The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials to make repairs and perform preventative maintenance to various bridges and culverts throughout Sussex County. The work may include, but not be limited to: crack sealing decks, bituminous pavement repair, coating parapets and sidewalks, expansion joint replacement, riprap placement, concrete repair and replacement, coating of railings, and any other corrective actions taken to enhance bridge lifecycle and safety. The contract will also include the restoration of roadways and surrounding areas by use of paving, grading, placing of topsoil and hydroseed, riprap and any other work required to complete each work order.
