Specifications include, but are not limited to: Development of WWTP conceptual improvements with a system evaluation analysis that shall be reviewed by both the City and the Idaho DEQ. Proposed modifications to items identified within the approved Facility Plan shall require approval by the City of Idaho Falls and Idaho DEQ prior to commencement of design activities. • Following approval of the conceptual improvements, the consultant shall adhere to requirements as referenced in IDAPA associated with Design and Review of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facilities. • As a minimum, two design reviews shall be required for the development of the proposed project. A preliminary design review (30%) and a final design review (90%) shall be submitted to the City and Idaho DEQ for consideration. Review periods shall be as established by IDAPA
