Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont State Police is seeking bids on a winter jacket that can be worn as a layered system. The jacket needs to be comprised of an outer, lightly insulated jacket and a removable inner softshell microfleece jacket. The following are specifications related to the two jackets: 2.1.OUTER JACKET, to include: 2.1.1.Jacket to be forest green in color with black shoulder and sleeve accents. Shoulder and sleeve accents to be black with abrasion resistant fabric to reduce wear. Shoulders will have epaulets. 2.1.2.Fabric to be waterproof and breathable with preferable 40-grams of insulation (not zip out). 2.1.3.Jacket to be seam-sealed with integrated insulation. Jacket will include factory sewn on VSP shoulder patches and VSP badge, also seam-sealed. (VSP shoulder patches and VSP badge to be provided to vendor by VSP). 2.1.4.Jacket to have side zips with stretchable elastic tabs on both sides to allow access to items on duty belt (ie: firearm, radio, etc).
