Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this RFP is to identify a consulting firm or individual to provide advice, information, and technical assistance to develop the upcoming submission of an NSF EPSCoR RII Track-1 grant from the state of Montana. The firm or individual selected will work directly with EPSCoR PIs and affiliate researchers across the state, the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education as well as the chief research officers from the University of Montana, Montana State University, Montana Tech, and the Montana University System, to achieve the following: Increase the MUS’s chance of a cooperative agreement award for a 2023 NSF EPSCoR RII Track-1 proposal If the contractor is successful, the contract may be renewed, and contractor engaged for other consulting activities related to the federal grant process. Additional projects will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
