A valid copy of the contractor’s license and liability insurance certificate is required. Applicant to perform installation, trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of Commercial Refrigeration and Kitchen Equipment for the efficient operation of equipment on campus. To include but not limited to: General maintenance of equipment, trouble-shooting, problem solving, construction of renovation projects, and miscellaneous service as needed. Normal working hours are from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, but work may require on call after-hours, or special hours to accommodate specific building schedules. The rate will be standard for regular workday, or after hours.
