Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Rutland Select Board is working with Green Mountain Power (GMP) to create a public pocket park at the base of Center Rutland Falls on the west side of the river, north to Business Rt. 4, and west to the town road, Simons Avenue. GMP is the primary landowner of this property which is part of parcel ID #00153-0100. A property survey is needed to facilitate future design and construction work on the proposed park. Scope of Work The Town of Rutland Select Board is requesting two separate bids for this project: one for a boundary survey and one for a boundary survey that includes natural features and physical structures.
