Specifications include, but are not limited to:. All vendors must be qualified to submit a proposal (NV Contractors License). For all gate/fence repairs and installations vendors shall abide by Nevada building codes and the attached specifications. If there are contradictions in the specifications the vendor shall adhere to the most stringent code and notify the NVARNG Project Manager for clarification. Vendors will be responsible for acquiring the needed permits by county as necessary. Vendors will coordinate with the NVARNG Project Manager for A-E services when needed. Repair issues may be deemed urgent and critical to operations and require a faster response time to fix therefore, we are seeking vendors who can provide expedited services when needed (within a 24-hour window). Due to the vast type of materials and our existing fencing and gates it is not feasible to list each individually with a clearly defined scope of work. Therefore, we expect vendors to have a thorough understanding of building codes and the attached specifications and report in their proposal any service they are unable to provide or ask for clarifications as needed.
