Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms and/or individuals capable of entering into contract to perform energy audit and construction rehab inspections to the scattered site homes in SNRHA’s portfolio. SNRHA reserves the right to award to one or more contractors for the required services either as deemed by the SNRHA to be in its best interests as a result of the evaluations conducted by the evaluation committee appointed by the SNRHA. Once selected, the successful Proposer (s) will enter into a firm fixed-priced contract agreement with SNRHA to perform the required scope of services. Such contract agreement will be contingent upon approval from SNRHA’s Executive Director and/or the Board of Commissioners. 2.2.1 Proposals shall demonstrate the Proposer’s capacity and readiness to perform the Scope of Services immediately upon execution of a contract with SNRHA. 2.2.2 Proposals shall demonstrate, and provide a detailed service plan of on how the Proposer intends to provide the required services in a manner that will result in the successful and timely completion of the service(s). 2.2.3 The proposal shall also include evidence of the Proposer’s previous experience and qualifications relative to the provision of such services. 2.2 Specifications: Upon Proposer’s award of a contract(s) as pursuant to this RFP, the Proposer(s) shall furnish sufficient organization, personnel and management staff with the necessary skills and judgment to perform the work as detailed below: 2.2.1 Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide the services outlined in this RFP. 2.2.2 All work to be scheduled with and approved by SNRHA representative and performed in a competent and timely manner. 2.2.3 Contractor hereby warrants and guarantees to SNRHA that all work will be performed in a professional manner and be free of any defects. 2.2.4 Contractor agrees to promptly correct any defective materials and/or unsatisfactory workmanship. Contractor guarantees their work for a minimum of one (1) year. 2.2.5 Contractor will carry out all services at SNRHA Scattered Site home sites within Clark County, NV as designated by SNRHA.
