Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Nevada seeks qualified firms to provide comprehensive community engagement services. Prospective vendor(s) should be able to effectively engage groups that are representative of the State’s geography, races/ethnicities, ages, and gender identities, with a particular emphasis on groups that are marginalized and/or under-represented. This should include but not be limited to communities of color, low wealth communities, displaced workers, renters, rural communities, persons with disabilities, persons with limited English proficiency, youth, and LGBTQ individuals. Prospective vendor(s) must be able to effectively engage such groups to participate in the development and creation of feedback for inclusion within a roadmap for the State’s expenditure of ARP funds (“State’s Roadmap”).
