Specifications include, but are not limited to: Angelo State University is seeking competitive responses from qualified “Respondents” to a Request for Proposal for full banking services on campus to serve ASU faculty, staff, students, and guests. This service will be offered through a banking center in the Houston Harte University Center and/or through modern equipment and technology applications. The Financial Institution will be offered approximately 820 square feet of bank/office space within the Houston Harte University Center, if contracted. Any resulting Agreement will be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. In addition, the successful Proposer must be responsible for the payment of any fees, licenses, or taxes which may be required. Angelo State University currently provides space for a full-service Banking Center on campus in the Houston Harte University Center to serve its faculty, staff, students and guests. The University Center is centrally located in a high pedestrian traffic region of the campus. Historically visited by approximately 2,000 people each weekday, the Houston Harte University Center is an auxiliary student center located at the center of the campus. Since 2015, the University Center has been remodeled to include Chick-fil-A, crEATe chop’d & wrap’d, The Ranch Smokehouse (featuring the Meat Market at ASU), Revolution Noodle, Starbucks, Subway, and a full-service student dining facility. The University Center houses Ram Central Station (the campus bookstore), a food court, the post office, conference facilities, and student and administrative offices. The University Center also houses the Center for Student Involvement, Multicultural Center, Veterans Educational and Transitional Services (VETS) Center, as well as the offices of a number of student organizations.
