Specifications include, but are not limited to: The STATE is soliciting proposals to establish a platform for a solution that will allow the STATE to provide electronic forms services to North Dakota State agencies. The STATE is looking for a solution to move away from fillable PDFs to web and mobile capable design to improve the user experience and accessibility. As well as the ability to provide guided data entry flows and capabilities for simple process automations. The STATE has a need to replace the current eForms solutions (ILINX eForms, Liquid Office, Adobe AEM and fillable PDFs). The STATE is looking for a solution that establishes an integrated data collection platform that supports simple, non-IT user created data collection and provides an incremental path to leverage advanced IT supported functionality or medium complexity forms; the STATE anticipates that agencies will need the STATE development and/or support for these forms. As an option, the STATE is also looking to determine if the proposed solution for the least complicated forms; the STATE anticipates agencies will be able to build and support these forms themselves or use a template.
