Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lebanon maintains and operates the School Street/Village Cemetery, 30 School Street, in Lebanon, NH along with eight additional cemeteries throughout the City. In 2019 the City decided with the condition of the stones in some of the older cemeteries that it would be appropriate to start addressing the numerous broken, leaning and vandalized stones throughout our cemetery’s. With School Street/Village being the worst, it was decided this cemetery would be the first cemetery to undergo extensive monument repair and maintenance over the following 3 to 5 years before moving onto additional cemeteries throughout the City. The designated area for this year’s project will take place where it left of in October of 2020. The North East side of the Cemetery lots 125 thru 297. The following are requirements for scope of work. • Broken stones shall be mortared, epoxied, and pinned where necessary. • Stone’s that only need to be reset should be set using setting compound. • All stones reset or repaired must be flagged and photographed before and after as well as treated with a minimum of1 (one) application of D2 Biological Cleaner with an uncut solution. • Stones that require a new base shall be cast out of concrete and be flush and not protrude the ground level. All workmanship and materials must be guaranteed for a minimum of 5 years. This would exclude Natural Causes such as weather, vandalism, or damage to stones due to equipment from cemetery maintenance. • Any stones that are unrepairable are to be left at their location and identified to the Cemetery Sexton
