Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall develop a plan for training and technical assistance which includes a virtual format, for newly identified ESPs on their role, responsibilities, and training requirements along with Delaware and federal laws relating to the education of children with disabilities and other as needed/identified by the Department. · The contractor shall develop a plan for annual training and technical assistance for existing ESPs that includes a virtual format, on their role, responsibilities, training requirements and Delaware and federal regulations relating to the education of children with disabilities and other as needed/identified by the Department. · The contractor shall develop a plan for providing individual support to all ESPs which may include in-person, virtual or phone consultation, problem solving, and/or attendance at an IEP meeting and other as needed/identified by the Department. · The contractor shall develop and maintain a current and accurate database of all training including dates, topics, presenters, and participants and other as needed/identified by the Department
