Specifications include, but are not limited to: Equipment, labor, supervision, materials and supplies necessary to complete the work to maintain the grounds of the below buildings in a safe, clean and attractive condition to include but not limited to the mowing and trimming for Fannin County Properties excluding the Courthouse, State of Texas Human Service and Workforce Building, Silo Road Jail, South Jail, Sheriff’s Office, Precinct Barns and Ivanhoe Tower. Areas shall be mowed every two weeks from April through October and on an as needed basis during the dormant season. Mowing cycles may be altered due to weather and/or growth conditions. Shall not exceed 26 cuttings/trimmings per building per contract term. Shall include but not limited to mowing, edging and trimming all turf areas. General site cleanup, litter collection and disposal, weed eating around buildings and any other areas that would require trimming, removal of leaves, fallen limbs, etc. Mowed debris on sidewalks, parking lots, etc. by relocating with blowers in the turf areas on the same day of mowing. The Derrell Hall Education Center shall include the mowing and upkeep to the areas surrounding the building and parking lot to include but not limited to approximately 150 feet behind the building. Periodic payments will be made within 30 days of successful and satisfactory delivery of service and presentation of invoice, conditioned on acceptance of the county and in accordance with all conditions and requirements as detailed.
