Fire Department: Avaya IP Office with 8 analog lines & 16 digital phones, and 3 OPX circuits to 3 remote stations. Remote stations now using analog phones. Town Hall & Police and Fire Department are networked via fiber for interoffice dialing and shared voicemail system. The 3 sites below are NOT currently networked to the Avaya systems or to each other, but are on the towns fiber network Public Works: Allworx 6x with 17 Allworx voip phones & 6 copper lines Parks & Recreation: Allworx 6x with 8 Allworx voip phones & 4 copper lines Court House: Allworx 6x with 5 Allworx voip phones & 4 copper lines Desired Setup Single premise-based NEC 9100 Hybrid PBX at Police that will cover all 6 locations (about 140 phones total, 96 digital & 44 IP) Primary NEC 9100 system to be located at Police Dept to support local digital phones & 1 PRI. This site will also have the 16 Port NEC UM8000 voicemail system. Secondary NEC 9100 system to be located at Town Hall to support local digital phones & 1 PRI. Tertiary NEC 9100 system to be located at Fire Department to support local digital phones & copper lines. NOTE: add 14 remote IP phones shared amongst 3 remote stations via VPN back to Fire Department, will require a total of 4 vpn routers and 3 eight port POE switches. One router & POE switch at each of the 3 remote stations, and one router at main FD site.
