Specifications include, but are not limited to: Washington County is soliciting bids for concrete in Washington County. Bidder shall bid 3000, 4000, and 5000 pounds per square inch (PSI). All concrete must meet all Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT) Standard Specifications or Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department Class S specification requirements. ithin three (3) days of the request. A. Bid price shall be submitted for air entrained, 4inch slump, ¾ inch and 1 inch aggregate for each; B. The aggregate shall meet a 57 (1inch) and 67 (3/4inch) gradation per ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) C33 concrete sand; C. Successful bidder will be required to compute yards of concrete needed for concrete forms at the County Shop. Documented shortages will have any extra labor costs, required to correct, deducted from invoice; D. Prices quoted shall be per cubic yard; and E. Do not include sales tax on bid prices.
