Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.Serves as a subject matter expert and analyst on various topicsb.Organizes and provides communication of reports about topics including, but not limited to, education and healthcarec.Assists with the preparation materials for engagementsd.Assists with writing and editing for initiatives.e.Develops a strategic communications plan with recommendations on how the OAOA should implement brand platform and messaging, as well as promote key initiatives. Components of the strategic plan will include: •Social media recommendations — To include guidelines on platforms and social media channels/accounts to use to promote different messages, initiatives, and workthe State Auditor and OAOA are involved in (i.e. State social media channels, etc.) as well as topline recommendations on content and frequency of posts. •Public relations recommendations — To include potential media opportunities such as the types of stories to pitch, op-ed opportunities for different media outlets, etc. to promote key initiatives. The goal of the public relations efforts is to increase transparency and educate the public on work being done by the OAOA.
