Specifications include, but are not limited to: On-call plumbing/mechanical assignments. 2. Perform work in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances of local, state and federal authorities, and in accordance with the requirements of public utility corporations having jurisdiction over the work. 3. Obtain necessary permits, licenses and certificates and give notices as required during the performance of the work. Any permit fees originally paid by the contractor shall be included in the invoice along with a reasonable amount of time spent obtaining said permits. 4. Conduct operations with minimum interference to the employees of the building. 5. Coordinate work with DPW-WRD point of contact or his designee to minimize discomfort and displacement of employees in the building. Most buildings will be occupied during completion of On-Call Services during the term of this contract.
