Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) catering services for special events and other meetings held at RIAC. The catering services primarily include the following: Ability to set-up for events/meetings (access to tables/linen, etc.) Ability to provide on-site support staff for events/meetings (when required) Ability to provide a full suite of both food and beverages as needed for events/meetings Ability to clean-up and remove all items in a timely fashion at the conclusion of the events/meetings. This includes providing disposable aluminum (or equivalent) containers for any leftover food to be delivered to a site within RIAC’s facility. The number of attendees at any one event could vary significantly (from 10 to as much as 100+) and as such, the Firm must have the ability to be flexible in terms of meeting the different requirements specified. While RIAC typically has these events planned in advance, the Firm must also be flexible in terms of meeting tight deadlines.
